Klaviyo is the most documented platform and building the flows its quite easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The image library and how it allows easy email customization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No main problems that i can complain and it the user sees any the technical team are always available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very nice email personalizing software, simple on segmentation and email marketing flows very easily.

Klaviyo is the easiest solution for the simple segmentation, reporting and very nice software for email marketing.
