What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?
Klaviyo is a step up from other popular email service providers in terms of segmentation capabilities. However it only scratches the surface of what is actually needed to use a sophisticated segmentation tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Fairly easy to execute and interpret results of split tests.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Glitches that excluded paying customers from receiving emails.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We experienced some major glitches with the software that were entirely due to faulty programming, followed by indifference and lack of support from their IT team. This is very costly, and frustrating.

Klaviyo is one of the greatest platforms that helps you with all kind of email, text messages and notification marketing across all your marketing platforms. Our company is an established company for years now and no matter how advanced everything gets, we still believe in marketing and communication with our customers as well as business partners through emails, and for broad marketing of campaigns we use messages and push notifications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Klaviyo is our business’ communication bridge since many years. It’s good and reliable. The security is uptight. There are lots of templates which are easily customizable and we can get all these good and advanced features to facilitate our needs in such a low budget. Klaviyo helps in creating creative emails alongside messages and the cost is very cheap.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Kalviyo is best known for email marketing and we all loved that it has lots of options to choose from and it really helped us in creating some really unique content ideas but there is lots and lots of room for improvement here. If the templates and their customization can be more user-friendly it will get the job done in less time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Klaviyo is a great platform if you are looking for help in email marketing and relative field. You can create content here as per your liking, it does support more than 5 languages and you can have all good and advanced features like in a few bucks, so don’t hesitate and give it a try.

While it's affordable and very capable, it is not easy to use. Requires lot's of training to effectively use it.
