The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

Comprehensive CRM with E-commerce Integration.

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
Keap stands apart with ease of use and interface when compared to other tools such as Zoho CRM or HubSpot CRM. The contact list, appointments, and pipelines are fewer and simpler on the platform to be able to follow your customer relationships by small business owners. This simple and user-friendly orientation lets the user get up and running quickly with the CRM without much training or technical knowledge.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My personal favorite thing about Keap is that it has a ton of automation power and also is super simple to use. The system makes it easy to build complex automation processes through its nifty drag-and-drop interfaces and predefined templates. This allows small businesses to automate repetitive processes like follow-up emails, lead nurturing cycles, and appointment reminders without having to master a complex technical toolkit. This automating of the tasks saves companies time and a steady line of communication to the customer.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the things that users dislike about Keap is that its price is based on how many contacts are in the app. In addition, the more companies scale and get contacts, the more expensive Keap can get. The scaling issue can be too much for small companies that grow very quickly and might be forcing them to look for a solution or shrink the list of contacts to cut down costs. The pricing structure can also render it difficult for organizations to budget their CRM expenses in the long term.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are considering Keap, I highly suggest using the free trial to see if the platform is functional and easy to use in your business environment. Be sure to check how Keap melds into your existing tools and workflows, and see if its automation capabilities make sense for you (now and in the future). Also, think very carefully about your upcoming contact list growth and how this will effect your costs in the long run according to Keap pricing model.

Powerful CRM with potential for added features
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
Keap is unique when it comes to CRM solutions as it offers an intuitive user experience and advanced automation, all within a single tool. Unlike several other products, Keap does not simply store and organize contacts: it helps in relationship-building by providing resources for automated follow-ups, assigned tasks, or email marketing campaigns to keep your customers interested. In addition, hand-holding, consulting, and assistance are available for implementation, which is rather surprising in the industry. It aims to optimize business processes so users can concentrate on expansion and reduce time spent on mundane activities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like the most about Keap is the streamlined follow-ups and client communication as a result of its automation. It is incredible how much work is removed from practitioners by automatically executing sorts of activities such as sending reminders or booking meetings or holding leads. It is akin to having an additional team dedicated solely to ensuring that all the cogs work allowing me to concentrate on scaling the business and forming deeper bonds with the customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I like least about Keap is its high learning curve regarding advanced features. It's really easy to get the hang of the basics, but it takes a while to master all the tools and integrations Some intuitive design or step-by-step guidance in such an area would really enhance the user experience for those new to CRM platforms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly suggest making the most of Keap's onboarding and support services- they're really beneficial for getting everything set up and grasping all the features. Additionally, take some time to explore the automaton tools, as they can save you a lot of time once you become familiar with them. Keap is an excellent choice for small businesses aiming to simplify client interactions and automate everyday tasks, so if that aligns with your goals, it's certainly a worthwhile investment.
Pros
- Helps Innovate

Strong system that has struggled to adapt
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Keap from other similar products?
Keap is a solid marketing automation system for small business. We have used it for over 15 years. They have struggled to stay current and adapt to the changing world and competitors above and below them in terms of pricing are moving much faster. It has seemed to be getting better since their acquisition, but there is still confusion between different product levels. If we were starting from scratch today, Keap might not be our choice, but the cost of switching is too high for us at the moment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Once you learn the system setting up automations is relatively simple. We have automated substantial parts of our business which is critical with a small team like ours.
What do you dislike most about this product?
System feels like it's 2-3 years behind in terms of capabilities. Needs a substantial refresh.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As with any CRM of any complexity, there will be a meaningful build out process that will either take substantial internal resources or require outsourcing. You should consider this cost above and beyond the cost of the software. I would recommend doing a thorough examination of your needs and evaluate those needs directly against the capabilities of the software.
Pros

- Efficient Service
- Effective Service
Cons
- Slower Product Innovation
