What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

The interface of the system is smoother and more modern. The delivery of documents at tax time is efficient and easy to use. The administration of the tool has made our CFO more produtive.

The storage, access to, and delivery of tax and benefits documents

What do you dislike most about this product?

Don't dislike anything. Justworks has done what it promised to do.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Include them in your shortlist for a PEO. They are a credible and trustworthy provider.

What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

24/7 support center helps a lot. Mainly because the time zones. They are helpful and reachable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

New hire paper work can be done by electronic signature feature. This is vital in the lockdown times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Really integrated. So if you can't reach your data in Justwork, you are lost everything in one place for a while. But not forever.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This program can handle benefits, payroll , HR functions and compliance. So it needs a big migration for integrate everything. But in the end the company just pay for a complex solution. That is convenient.

Employee system access with preset rules for self-service. The onboarding process is automated from start to finish.

A directory to store important company information. Prebuilt templates used to create and customize reports

We would like easier integration between Justworks and Google calendar

The system is ideal for managing the needs of employees, keeping them together and easing the workload on managers and HR officers.
