What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

They have a great user experience for admins and users both.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One-click import into QBO makes my life easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They don't really provide much in the way of HR guidance, which I had hoped for given their marketing and the price point. After two years, they jacked up our insurance rates significantly (more than double) so we no longer can use their benefits administration, which was a key selling point.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't look at this as an outsourced HR dept, but more of a better interface for managing HR tasks, like payroll, time off and benefits.

Easy for end users to learn and use. I assume the HP people found it easy to administer.

They are a full-service PEO and take care of all of the needs of the business in regards to Benefits and Payroll.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That they set up state accounts and take care of compliance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That they have limitations on vendors

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to implement and maintain - if you want to partner with specific vendors, check that they integrate with Justworks first!
