The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?
Easier onboarding process than other PEOs, competitive pricing
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
New hires enter their own info online for onboarding. Much easier to hire remotely.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Payroll functions are rather basic; not many customizable features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your payroll process is fairly straightforward, then this is a great product for ease of use at a great price.

Excellent Value PEO for small businesses

What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?
I've used many PEOs in my career, from small startup PEOs to nationally recognized, large brands. JustWorks provides a quality product at a lower price point. Their friendly customer service reps are more knowledgeable in basic HR policy and practice than the large PEO HR help desk employees. For questions that Justworks level 1 reps do not know, it is easy to get a specialist on the line.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For an experienced HR professional, I needed a product that would be easy to use and provide basic payroll and benefit options without the high price tag and extra bells and whistles. JustWorks was the perfect PEO partner for our company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The level 1 customer service reps were basic HR associates, which is fine and probably was the correct level of representative from an overall JustWorks customer base. I am an experienced HR professional, so when I occasionally did have a question, the service rep served more as a passthrough to the labor attorney or benefits specialist that I really needed. I do feel that my particular situation was unique, and I did not represent the standard JustWorks customer in that respect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When comparing JustWorks for both payroll and benefits administration, you likely won't find a more cost-effective, quality choice. JustWorks is now my go-to PEO client when I recommend one to other HR colleagues!

What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?
They have a great user experience for admins and users both.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One-click import into QBO makes my life easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They don't really provide much in the way of HR guidance, which I had hoped for given their marketing and the price point. After two years, they jacked up our insurance rates significantly (more than double) so we no longer can use their benefits administration, which was a key selling point.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't look at this as an outsourced HR dept, but more of a better interface for managing HR tasks, like payroll, time off and benefits.
