What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

What separates Justworks from the pack is its simplicity. Its basic interface allows users to quickly find what they are looking for without the complexities that are common in other platforms (i.e. ADP).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it comes to Justworks I enjoy the accessibility and intuitiveness the most. It is a great HR tool that allows my organization to access payroll data in an instant (employee year-to-date earnings, tax documents and a variety of other resources as well). For employees, requesting time off is incredibly simple, and approving time-off requests is just as easy. I also really enjoy the available internal office calendar that displays recognized holidays and "reserved" employee days off.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no real complaints, though I would suggest that the Justworks team highlight their updates and new offerings more frequently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Every organization has its unique needs and situation. I would suggest that if your organization is interested in a Payroll/HR solution you strongly consider Justworks. Take some time to speak to their sales team. I found them extremely helpful and patient.

What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

Easier onboarding process than other PEOs, competitive pricing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

New hires enter their own info online for onboarding. Much easier to hire remotely.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Payroll functions are rather basic; not many customizable features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your payroll process is fairly straightforward, then this is a great product for ease of use at a great price.

What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

I've used many PEOs in my career, from small startup PEOs to nationally recognized, large brands. JustWorks provides a quality product at a lower price point. Their friendly customer service reps are more knowledgeable in basic HR policy and practice than the large PEO HR help desk employees. For questions that Justworks level 1 reps do not know, it is easy to get a specialist on the line.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For an experienced HR professional, I needed a product that would be easy to use and provide basic payroll and benefit options without the high price tag and extra bells and whistles. JustWorks was the perfect PEO partner for our company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The level 1 customer service reps were basic HR associates, which is fine and probably was the correct level of representative from an overall JustWorks customer base. I am an experienced HR professional, so when I occasionally did have a question, the service rep served more as a passthrough to the labor attorney or benefits specialist that I really needed. I do feel that my particular situation was unique, and I did not represent the standard JustWorks customer in that respect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When comparing JustWorks for both payroll and benefits administration, you likely won't find a more cost-effective, quality choice. JustWorks is now my go-to PEO client when I recommend one to other HR colleagues!
