User-friendly & intuitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer service is awesome. Benefit add-ons are great. Annual tax compliance is handled by JW.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very few third-party integrations

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

JW should include third-party integrations for accounting, time tracking, point of sale systems and business operations

The combination of standard payroll tools + ability to do benefits administration and get access to solid healthcare plans for my team

Really easy to use the interface

Sometimes can take a while to get a hold of someone in customer service

Do it (or something like it). It cut down the time I spent on HR so much
