What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

User friendly website

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The PTO calculator, though that is pretty standard

What do you dislike most about this product?

Time card approval could be a bit more innovative

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have one for the company. I wish there was a way to input employees schedules, so when hours are missed the system could detect where and offer PTO if the agent has any

What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

Justworks is cost effective for a small team. It allows you to manage day to day HR functions, and is very useful give that time and attendance, benefits, and training features are all in one place

User friendly

What do you dislike most about this product?

As our company is growing we are out growing some services that are available. Justworks is more useful for small companies

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a small HR department or have not yet established one Justworks has tools that make compliance simple.

What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

I was a long time user of ADP which does NOT compare to Justworks. The customer service support is STELLAR with Justworks and that is what sets them apart for me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use. Very user friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I honestly have not come across any issues to report over the past one year + using Justworks

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's worth setting up a call and seeing if this platform offers you what ever you are not currently getting with your payroll service. I find Justworks to be an efficient and productive platform to navigate through and it has saved me a lot of time and aggravation.
