What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

Ease of functions, customer service reps, and the constant goal to improve their interface

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Expense Reimbursement that employees can directly use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Time cards get a bit confusing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be mindful of how many ppl in your company due to it being 99/pp it may not be feasible vs a base package

What differentiates Justworks from other similar products?

Support is fantastic, UI is relatively simple and intuitive, handles the heavy lifting of compliance, priced fairly. New expense submission process is good.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer Support, benefit plan provider options

What do you dislike most about this product?

1099/Vendor payments - long lag time. minimal support for international contractors (though this is getting better with an acquisition they just made)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great if you want a PEO to handle the "heavy-lifting" of HR for employing W2s in multiple states. Health insurance offerings support a huge variety of needs, from basic value coverage to ultra-premium.

It would be beneficial if Justworks offered additional options for customizing plans.
