The ease of access and learning is much better than other similar products. The pricing and technical support is really good but could be much better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Diverse features and ease of access. It was much quicker to learn compared to other similar products i’ve used in the past.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features which are crucial to my job were hidden in plain sight. While the features are extremely helpful, finding them can be tricky at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A product which is really handy and quite useful. But take a bit more time to familiarise yourself with the diverse features it has to offer to better leverage it’s application.
