What differentiates JotForm from other similar products?
Best of all, JotForm has improved back-end features. The reporting functions and integrations have really made it very good from its competitors.It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields and lets them upload images when contacting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
JotForm favourite aspect is the ability to create forms with templates is fantastic. The incredible number of form field options and widget makes creating complex forms with great conditional formatting options.Their customer response is very helpful and responsive in resolving issues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s sometimes hard to read and fill out on mobile browsers because of tendency to be cut off on the screen.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For business that are new or want to upgrade can definitely look to JotForms as it has a lot of great features and allows nearly limitless customisation. It is overall great and we haven’t seen any concerns and it is secure too.
