What differentiates jitsi from other similar products?

It provides features that other companies will charge an arm and a leg for, for FREE! And it's so easy to use! Really great for when you are working with people who aren't tech experts because they can join from their browser (on both PC and mobile!), download an app on their phone or PC, call-in, etc. etc. So many options!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The cost. Small non-profits who do a lot of virtual work know why this is so important!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Jitsi, unfortunately, does not function well with older models of phones, or for people with weak internet connections. Be prepared for some lag, some drops, etc. // We've also found that the audio share function is VERY bugged and are still awaiting some improvements in that realm. We just can't get it to work no matter how much we try and troubleshoot and write in.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're on a budget, this is your best option even if it isn't perfected. Have a contingency plan in place for people having issues with lag or dropping out of the meeting due to extreme lag or poor connections. Be prepared to deal with the really weird auto-emoji/auto-reaction feature that can make things a bit awkward. It's been an uphill battle with turning that feature off. It's not always appropriate!

What makes this tool totally different from others is that it allows end-to-end encryption which makes it very convenient, so this is one of the very powerful features it has.

What I like the most about this product is that it has a background noise removal option which allows for totally clear and crisp audio, plus it is also highly customizable and can be easily integrated with other tools.

Since I have been using this tool, I can say that I have not found any fault with this product, rather I can say that it is very complete and that it is in the right direction.

One of the reasons why I would recommend this tool is because it can be used on the web without having to download other applications, which makes it very easy to use.
