What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
They continue to try and improve and I have seen them take the feedback and build upon that feedback. When there have been issues, I have seen prompt response to rectify any situation encountered. Love getting the constant updates and newsletters about where they are heading, etc. Their training is outstanding.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All of the capabilities. It is almost a one stop shop. If they can get the scheduling piece to be more user friendly in a healthcare market they will have it all!
What do you dislike most about this product?
That I am still having to use another software provider for our scheduling thus making our payroll time consuming and tedious due to not having the capabilities we need for scheduling.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have them DEMO it for you and have your questions and what you need from it ready and up front as I have found most of their sales marketers and IT specialists to be easy to work with and able to determine if what you need can be done within their system.
