What differentiates Intercom from other similar products?
Intercom is different is that it is highly scalable. It is seamless to use and very affordable as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most about Intercom is that it makes customer interaction with the customer care reps easy. Even when there are no respondents, the tool can auto respond to common issues raised by clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no hard feelings for this Intercom. It works perfectly well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend Intercom because it has been very effective to our business as a virtual assistant.
