iCIMS Talent Cloud stands out because it helps with every step of hiring, is easy to connect with other tools, and keeps candidates engaged.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of iCIMS Talent Cloud is how it helps keep candidates engaged through tools like email campaigns, texting, and chatbots.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dislike is that it can be complex to set up and may take time to learn, especially for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend taking advantage of the free trial or demo, involving your hiring team early, and making sure it fits your company’s size and needs

What differentiates iCIMS Talent Cloud from other similar products?

The ability to customize the platform to have it do whatever it is that you want.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As we grow as a business and processes change, our TA strategy and communications can remain consistent but also change quickly

What do you dislike most about this product?

The first level support ticket creation system is not great. iCIMS moved to an offshore model roughly 18 months ago, where you can no longer call in and fix your problem on the phone with support. A ticket is created and some issues can take awhile to be corrected within the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are willing ti spend the time during implementation to set up the system to your process it is a great tool. However, due to the customization factor of iCIMS, it can be daunting if you do not spend the time to think through your recruiting process.
