Excellent support after UAT and deployment. Fantastic client relationship management and customer oriented approach during development. Knowledgeable consultants and technical leads to support the implementation throughout. Automation and quick contract creation is really impressive. Training modules are best for beginners. As an end user the experience of Icertis is smooth and easy to understand. No complexity while creating contracts and prompt help provided from time to time.
