What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

HubSpot's customer service is the best in the business, as well as the ability to learn and educate yourself on the product capabilities, but also on general industry knowledge.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workflows, I love automation as it saves a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of intuitiveness in the menus, but I know HubSpot is in the process of reworking that part of the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, HubSpot wouldn't stay on the #1 spot if it wasn't any good.

Easy and integrated automated account management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The use of workflows and other automation features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data and contact management can sometimes be complex, especially during integration. We also use another CRM software for our manufacturing and production needs, which was not easy to integrate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I find it beneficial to have both sales and service software together. It is starting to become an easy place for our representatives to manage accounts.
