What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been a great help in setting up drip and trigger emails and general email automation. The fact that it integrates with my phone's calendar, billing, payment, and issue notification systems, as well as online chat and Facebook messages centralized within the app, is fantastic. Not having to keep track of where the contact first approached is a huge relief. The customer relationship management system and task manager also incorporate all of that.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
HubSpot is the best platform I've used for email marketing and marketing campaigns. With built-in campaign object UTM builder, form and landing page analytics, attribution tracking, and more, it's easy to evaluate how well built-in campaigns are performing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would have preferred Marketing Hub to have the ability to prepare and publish material for social media. I currently can't afford the upgrade. It would save me more time and trouble with Meta if I could add that.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
By providing actionable recommendations at every stage, HubSport's solution simplifies the process of creating an effective web presence. Instructions, tips, FAQs, and links to other resources are provided in each area to help you understand how to improve your content for search engine optimization and the search engine results page (SERP).

Great all-in-one product; could use improvement

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?
I think many of us in marketing consider HubSpot "the OG" marketing hub. You really can do SO much all in one platform, which is its biggest draw for me as an end-user/auditor. Owing to this, it makes cross-functional teams' lives so much easier. I can work on various projects for different departments all in one platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's overall ease-of-use, however, this is sometimes impeded by the unengaging user interface. The more customizations you have, the more confusing everything gets. It's not the best at neatly (or intuitively) organizing information, especially on complex customer accounts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a lot of customization to be had in HubSpot, but I feel like the customization features just aren't there. Really disappointed in the features for email marketing in particular. Because of this, I use an entirely different product for email marketing campaigns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're thinking to use this solely for email marketing, get a niche tool for that. If you need this to function as a CRM *and* marketing platform at the same time, in addition to maybe even several other projects like managing teams, contractors, etc. -- then this could really work well for you.
