What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
We are totally satisfied with everything that Hootsuite has provided us, we will continue to use this platform for a long time to be able to manage our social networks and reach more customers more easily. We have been able to program up to 30 posts a day with the free version and in turn, we have been able to configure several social networks in the same control panel. It has far surpassed other social media management platforms and Hootsuite is by far the best tool on the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have been able to organize and reorganize within our networks all the posts that we are going to publish in the following months. We started with the free version that has provided us with all the tools we need, but in the future we hope to proceed to buy a membership and improve our progress as such. It has allowed us to respond immediately to messages and mentions that our clients leave us on our social networks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As the main cons we find that sometimes our clients send us error tests with captures through links with Bitly or TinyUrl and it is almost impossible for us to analyze and track the participation of each one with these shorteners. Finally, sometimes the connections with Instagram are usually very faulty and you have to log into the account from time to time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The biggest reason to recommend Hootsuite is the flexibility of options that it has, although over time we see the option of growth with the cost of memberships it is still feasible for us as a company. Every time we make the control panel board bigger and it adapts easily to us. 100% recommended.

Hootsuite Social Media Management has a free plan that helps you learn how to navigate and use the paid package hence once you are done with the free plan it will be easy to use the paid plan.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is that you can keep track of posts across multiple social media platforms hence you stay up to date on what clients have to say about your offering and what your competitors are up to.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not have any dislike for the product
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this product to every business person that would like to manage their social media account, market through social media or engage in social media monitoring.
