What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
Site that offer similar services, many of these are not very reliable or stable to trust our personal social networks or our clients. It is quite important to know the history of HootSuite to know that there is no risk of use and to be able to have the confidence we need to schedule publications, for days, weeks, or months.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As you can see, HootSuite has many positive things, including being able to start a session with about 6 different social networks, the platform is quite stable, and its technical support is very efficient and solves problems or doubts of its users quickly. The platform is very beautiful and has a design that is quite pleasing to the eye.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The annual plan seems a bit high to me. I would like it to be adjusted a little more and maybe that way they will receive more profits in the long run. Obviously this has nothing to do with the quality of the service since it is good among all that fits.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To risk using another platform that you do not know, it is better that you play it safe and the quality that HootSuite has shown during these years in operation, you can also find many tutorials on the web, and answer any questions you may have, you can rely on HootSuite support .

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
Unlike other similar products, Hootsuite Social Media Management has a free package whereby one can try its effectiveness before using it full-board. Another feature is its content management ability where one can control what is posted on their sites.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Hootsuite Social Media Management is social media monitoring which allows for both customer engagement and trend tracking. With customer engagement, it is possible for one to have a clear conversation with their clients and understand their needs deeply. About trend tracking, one can follow a specific thread to understand what customers think of their product or service and hence improve where necessary.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really dislike the glitches encountered when trying to integrate with other social sites other than Facebook. I post my company's products/services in various social platforms but Hootsuite Social Media Management is not smooth in most of them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For someone that posts several marketing posts at once, Hootsuite Social Media Management is your thing.
