What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
It is simpler to use with excellent features that allow you to manage most of the social networks that currently exist. This tool drastically contributes to marketing and sales as it opens the doors to direct participation with customers, showing ways to improve services or products to boost sales.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has an easy and simple configuration that can be used from managing simple social networks to larger and professional channels where you have a very large audience. With Hootsuite I have been able to plan in a personalized way what to publish within each synchronized social network in the panel, it also has a system where the dates and times of each publication can be programmed so that everything is in order and not have so much accumulated. The mobile application is very useful since it allows me to edit certain parameters of the publications and to be able to see how everything is going on the fly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have very few negative things about this platform, especially with the Facebook apis since it tends to not be so useful to be able to make a publication through Hootsuite since sometimes they are not made public by lowering the visits.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With this platform, time and money are saved in account managers for marketing, automating the work process is essential for sales.

What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
There are several companies or services that are similar to the one offered by Hootsuite but only that their quality is not the same, Hootsuite has a very stable and very efficient base or platform, since if you need to organize a certain task for a preferred social network you can do it and coordinate it with time and know that it will be published at the time scheduled according to our needs
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is the speed, the versatility of the service and its good support that are very attentive and very polite, you can ask a question whatever it is and they will respond as soon as possible, knowing this I know that the service is worth using it, it also a very attractive design and is very easy to use and learn to use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Like all paid service, it tends to limit the free version in several things, it is something that I dislike a bit but it is still a service that is above the other similar ones. I fully trust them in the same way. I know social media will be safe
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to take a social network personally or professionally, you must use HootSuite, its system is very fast, stable and very trustworthy, which is the main thing to carry a responsibility of this nature, I highly recommend it since it is proven to be one of the best worldwide.
