What differentiates Hootsuite from other similar products?
It is very easy to monitor the comments section for multiple platforms, it is also very useful to be able to establish a publication schedule and be able to share it with a team if you need it, it also has its own calendar of activities at the time of creating a publication, it has also allowed track the effectiveness in real time and know the most common content that customers have seen, you can also organize and plan social locations quickly and easily, it is also very useful to monitor your account, share publications in which you are mentioned and track topics, hashtags and relevant topics with the broadcasts feature.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a powerful social media management tool for small and large businesses, it offers the ability to integrate multiple social media accounts and schedule posts to them in real time from a single dashboard, I love how they constantly update their service to keep up with the ever-changing social media industry, you can also schedule posts in advance and will be posted later, I can also manage all social media platforms using only this tool, I also like that I can instantly post updates on all my social media.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the things that I don't like about this platform is that it does not allow me to download draft publications, it is something that would be very useful to be able to do, there are also functionality limitations due to the available APIs, those are some of the things that I do not like this tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want a simple analysis and an easy-to-use social media application, this is the ideal tool, it is easy to configure and can be used by people of all levels, I highly recommend it.

The following features that I like most in Hootsuite are: - I can easily schedule any post of any social media platform within just few clicks. - Easy to use dashboard. - Easy to monitor multiple streams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The following features that should be improved by Hootsuite are: - Multiple user and custom URL shortening is very expensive. - Sometimes cluttered while using.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommended Hootsuite for every type of business either small or big. This will help you to manage your social media activity at one place and you can do better engagement with your customers and that will increase your exposer to the digital identity.

Hootsuite provides powerful security which protects us from hackers. It is trustworthy as we can trust Hootsuite with our data. It is also a reliable social media management tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Hootsuite has a simple to use interface and we use it to manage all our social media channels like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The dashboard makes it simple for us to divide tasks between different social media channels easily. We can create posts, track, and schedule content and view the statistics all in the intuitive dashboard.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be costly when we are adding more team members.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Hootsuite is an easy-to-use social media marketing tool that would be worth using it. The features might be more than your company need but it doesnt mean yu have to use all of them. It is a great tool for use in marketing.
