What differentiates Hibob HRIS from other similar products?
When stripped down to its essentials, Bob is a breeze to use. It's a powerful tool for HR administration, task automation, and better company-wide communication.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Bob is great since I can tailor a variety of his services to meet the specific requirements of my company. HiBob has allowed our rapidly expanding company to automate formerly manual procedures, resulting in significant time savings and improved team accuracy. By introducing Bob, we've also seen more positive responses during the onboarding process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some procedures are not as elementary as they appear. Managing Tasks and Flows can be a pain. It's also challenging to change or modify a site's working routines and the like once they have been established.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before Bob, everything was done by hand, but since then, it has improved dramatically. Now that I don't have to worry about the same mundane chores over and over, I can focus on providing excellent onboarding services to new hires.
