What differentiates Hibob HRIS from other similar products?

HiBob is one of the most popular HRIS systems so most recruiters know it. Awesome hierarchy or organisational structure - best visibility in class of all HR software. Works fast and not glitches at on cloud configuration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Best organisational structure visualisation. Good summary pages about organisation and people. Very readable pages and fonts. Large set of mailing list filters for every kind of announcement. Awesome birthday announcements you can add your own cheers to person. Is universal and not an industry specific.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All good but priced some above average. No international payroll features and needs sourcing apps from Indeed, Linkedin to load up profiles of candidated and track of candidate negotiation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is lot of offerings on market but HiBob worth of your time to negotiate best conditions for you. Works good for all industries. Small biz can request reduced features to get affordable pricing.
