What differentiates Hibob HRIS from other similar products?

I am unsure that anything strongly differentiates it. Performance management is somewhat better and smoother compared to some solutions I used in the past, there are some engagement-strengthening elements, it's not completely formalized, but is neither creating sufficient engagement. Some good integrations, most are so-so.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's got solid workflows, but they need support to be set up adequately; however, once set up, they are serviceable and sensible. Performance reviews seem solid. Mobile app is a plus, but it's not spectacular.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration capabilities. API is not quite streamlined, several integrations required understanding of how certain elements delivered through API would correspond to the target system (e.g. identity providers). App needs polish and needs to at least reflect all the functionalities of the web interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Weight your needs precisely. If you're looking for a solution that will strengthen engagement in the long term, seek elsewhere. If you're looking for solid all-arounder, HiBob is decent enough. However, make sure that you only require major integrations (like Slack), any other could be a headache for IT people.

Very easy to use, all modules are developed towards the end user.

Organization tab - you can see all your colleagues by countries/cities/departments and many more in just a few seconds.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's isnt a part of this product that I don't like.

Defintely worth giving this product a shot!

Leave Management Tracking/administering employee leave, paid time off, short/long term leave (e.g. illness, personal, maternity, etc.), workflows for leave requests/approvals.

Reporting and Analytics The solution provides the ability to create metrics-driven dashboards and reports showing unique visitors, click-through, conversions, payments etc.
