What differentiates Heap from other similar products?
The data model allows for a lot of flexibility. At the same time it supports everything google analytics does.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How I have data from every interaction even though I just put the pixel on the websites.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish I had better time based conversion tracking.

Take your time to set up your naming conventions and all the key funnels.

What differentiates Heap from other similar products?
I can keep track of all interactions with your site at all times, creating funnels is one of my favorite forms of analysis and it has also been useful for my clients, it also has the ability to create reports and dashboards very simple, it is also very easy to quickly create a dashboard with graphs and data, this platform makes it very easy to create custom events, the configuration is point and click, which facilitates the configuration, now they are much more consolidated and can also be analyze the software to see if it is working optimally.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the fact that it automatically captures everything, I also love the fact that Heap data is reliable and trustworthy, I also like that it makes it really easy to create charts, I also love how easy it is to go back and forth. get data from Heap, even if I forgot to instrument an event in the past, it is a very simple application to use, which offers an effective visualization, it has also allowed me to evaluate how users behave, inspire A / B tests and then perform a follow-up of the tests.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although the event viewer is a great feature, it can sometimes mess up tracking for a period of time when different people tag it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend checking out their tutorials and documents if you are new to analysis, their documentation is so detailed and useful that even the least experienced person could easily learn the basics.
