What differentiates Heap from other similar products?

Autocapture is the big differentiator for us and the main reason for using. It requires very little from developers in order to have basic implementation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's super intuitive to use. The onboarding process is minimal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish I could have more customization options for visualizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

See if you can do a trial so you can experience auto-capture, live data feed, define an event, and create a quick chart.

This tool saves everything first and allows for thinking later. Theres no rush to define events.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Theres no fear that something might have been missed. Analysis doesnt break even when features keep changing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unnecessary events accumulate. Extra cleanup is required for deeper conclusions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Heap is like that because it captures first and allows for questioning later. I would recommend it to teams that build quickly and want to understand what actually happened later.
