What differentiates Heap from other similar products?

Its ability to no code connect tables to the data warehouse (S3 and Redshift) so that an analyst can run end to end analytics independently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its ability to provide highly efficient answers to deep dive questions

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not have exit rate metric

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an amazing tool that if you are a technical person, will love it!!

What differentiates Heap from other similar products?

Heap's auto-capture capabilities means there's less work on the front-end. You don't need to know everything you want to know/capture prior to deployment, which saves time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the simple UI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their journey analysis feature is my least favorite.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out if you can and talk to others with the product.

What differentiates Heap from other similar products?

You have multiple different ways to track data from a specific Segment event (funnels, journeys, etc.) which helps us track the correct data for each initiative we launch.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The data visualizations are great and very customizable to suit your needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the different data parameters like "Filter results," "Group by," "Compare users," "Date range," or "Compare to" are confusing and seem to overlap

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
