Price, they're very competitive on pricing and great for smaller businesses that need an ITSM solution.

Feature dense and the support folks are very nice.

Not very intuitive to implement and for end users.

It's definitely worth considering if you're in the market for an ITSM solution.

Simple to use

The GUI is nice and simple to use
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does not have IT asset Management capabilities
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it if the use case is simply for ticket management. If you need a more complex use case, it might not be the one. But with regards to GUI, it is one of the best. Better than ServiceNow
