Standard service desk software

What differentiates HappyFox from other similar products?
I found little that makes HappyFox stand out from other service desk software that I've used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Support is extremely responsive, and any issues or questions that I had could often be resolved by a life chat agent. We also required a lot of customization to integrate HappyFox with our other software, and they were very responsive and hands on with assisting us in connecting our different systems.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reporting was extremely clunky and limited. Customizing field options could also become cumbersome if you were populating drop down options with many choices.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a straightforward service desk software and this is in your budget, it's a solid choice.
Pros
