I do like how easy it is to throw in different media to your knowledge base

Again, just be able to add different media to the knowledge base
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s absolutely atrocious with search, and organization is severely lacking. It’s really hard to get people to find things even when you optimize it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at products, like confluence in terms of grouping and grouping like features.

What differentiates Guru from other similar products?
I found the predictive capabilities to be a differentiator for KB tool. I also found it easy to use and manage.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I was interested in the predictive ability where you can associate rules for content surfacing based on the contents on web pages on your browser. It allowed us to share relevant internal guidance about competitors, our own products and industry capabilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I recall having some limitations with iser groups, but honestly it could have been an integration or master source (HRIS) issue.
