The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What differentiates Guru from other similar products?
Guru has many features that make it stand out from similar products. First of all, you can have Guru as a Chrome extension -- you can use this extension in any browser that you are in. This helps our teammates out tremendously as they do not have to be in a specific website to access a Guru card. Next, you can customize the card to fit your needs (videos, gifs, images, charts, linking other Guru cards, etc). The ease of use from an end user's perspective as well as an administrator's perspective help set Guru apart from similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I love about this products is the analytics; I can see which people have used Guru the most frequently, how many cards they have copied, which cards are the most view, what people are searching for without results (allows me to fill in that gap and create content), as well as what people are searching for that did have results. Another thing I love is that people can also comment directly on a card. This will notify me as an admin and I can make adjustments as I see fit.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing I am not a fan of on Guru is that I have to upload videos to YouTube in order to place them on a card. This slows down my productivity when creating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend using Guru as it is very user-friendly. You can do a lot of customization to the cards and organize in a way that makes sense to you and your team.
