What differentiates Groove from other similar products?
Groove is a great software because It's really easy to manage flows and the Salesforce integration streamlines logging outreach as well as uploading contacts for a campaign. I also like the advanced search for flows to pull job roles with a specific title. We can quickly run reports on activity levels across the team against our leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities. Groove Flows and Dialer have also made our sales team much more productive with the ability to engage a more significant number of our target
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the integrations with Google Calendar and Salesforce, making scheduling (and rescheduling) with my customers super easy! I also enjoy setting situational reminders, which are only triggered if there are no replies to a message thread. I like how easy it is to add contacts to a flow, tracking what is happening with your outreach, updating Salesforce records at the same time as reaching out
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing about this software that i dislike at the moment
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Being native to salesforce was a huge reason for us deciding to move forward with Groove. Consider seeing a demo and thinking through the integration process of a sales engagement platform if you leverage Salesforce

What differentiates Groove from other similar products?
It is so efficient in sending up the follow up emails and automated emails.It provides the live tracking of the sent mails as a part of campaign. which helps in analyzing the interest of clients. The software is said to have increase productivity and efficiency in the performance of users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Groove offers its user the feature “flow” that helps in setting up email campaign and also provides the report of emails sent. It offers the report from Salesforce that helps in analyzing which people to email and also eases the virtual interaction with customers through call, email and text. Users get the reminders of the next step related to the flows in action. Provides scheduling options for the better management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It lacks functionality when it comes to “flow searching” it keeps scrolling up to where the lists starts. The call feature glitches at some points. It doesn’t allow the data to be export to any platform. Customer support is poor and reminder of the software is not integrated with google calender.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Software can be used by small business and starting up business also as it targets the good amount of leads and it saves up the time. The enterprises can surely start its marketing and sale campaigns with the usage of this software.

What differentiates Groove from other similar products?
I can plan for daily needs with one touch, or a multi-drag campaign for the coldest or oldest fishermen while adding more touches. At the appointed time, I use this instead of an old pen on paper to keep myself organized.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have realized that trying to stay organized with a good old-fashioned pen on paper will not diminish the amount of work and organization needed to stay competitive in today’s ever-changing world of marketing. The ability to create a flow of certain needs is a great victory for ease and efficiency as well as removing steps. Time is money and Groove helps me get that money back.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a user error but I have trouble removing people easily if I no longer want them there. And I have a lot of people who no longer need to appear in my Work and it is not so easy to just "get them off". I'm sure there must be a better way but I haven't read it yet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take time to learn how to use it. It is an incredibly powerful tool. It has taken me a few weeks of delayed results to really rely on and find the best use for me.
