What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
Cloud platform for online meetings and desktop sharing, supporting up to 3,000 participants.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Video calls are very easy to make, and in addition to the mobile versions of the messaging application, they are very useful. I like being able to record the lectures. When a person wants to participate during a meeting it is very practical to know who is speaking. It allows you to start meetings from different instances, such as email, Microsoft Office, and instant messaging tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a good software, it is generally more bandwidth but it is highly functional.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
GoToMeeting has a monthly price of $ 12. If we want to test it beforehand, we can access its platform and test it for free for 14 days. For videoconferences, it allows up to 150 people if we have a Professional plan, and can reach up to 250 if we have a Business plan, being compatible with high resolution videos. In conclusion: Gotomeeting in all its versions will allow us to personalize the meetings. Its synchronization with Google Calendar is great and being able to configure a reminder so that we do not forget it is very advantageous for days of hard work.

It is very easy to assign meetings control to other members compared to it's other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is one of my favorite software since i can use video audios while sharing information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far i have not experienced any problem while using this great product.

It is user friendly give it a try and you will not regret having it.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
This software offers a wide range of communication features that a construction company utilizes. With a lot of demos required during meetings to indicate project milestones, GoToMeeting enables user to present while streaming. Further, the user can record a meeting to view later. Another aspect that is a plus is the platform's mobile access. This means that people can hold meetings at any place provided they have access to network. Lastly, the addins are easy to install.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
GoToMeeting allows for presentation as well as screen-sharing which are crucial for the company. The nature of our work requires lots of demonstrations and communication for updates. Remote meetings by GoToMeeting have contributed to more collaboration at work as employees can hold meetings at any place. Also, it has cut time wastage that occur when people move to meetings as presentations can be done when employees are in different offices. Moreover, the screen-sharing feature allows one to see exactly what another has done thereby allowing for correction before a task is done with a mistake that could be avoided.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One has to copy paste an invitation to an intended user.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Improve invitation sending to intended user in the same interface rather than copy pasting.
