What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The invitee has the option to let other people share their screen. Users can easily sync the meeting with their calendar and share the invites with others. While starting the session, a pop-up appears, which prompts the user to either turn on/off the camera and mic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

User Interface can be better, while screen sharing a tab like taskbar is very difficult to remove from the screen

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it for smaller organizations for cross platform meetings.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

GoToMeeting is very quick and easy to use. It full fills all my expectations like audio/video call giving me high definition feeling, screen sharing, call recording locally as well on the cloud, file transfer, personalised meeting interface, etc. We can distribute invites or send out codes or text people the information and links. Call switching feature from chat to VoIP, VoIP to video conferencing is a unique feature of this solution. You can then manually move them to the meeting, giving you complete control over the participants' permissions. You can have audio-only or video meetings on GoToMeeting or use text chat to communicate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My the most favourite aspect is the audio and video quality in this software is top-notch and makes conferencing very streamlined. There are plenty of tools to assist you, such as screen sharing, presenting, whiteboarding, and file sharing in a secure peer-to-peer manner. Integration and customisation of this platform won my heart. I did integration with the app Slack, Outlook, Salesforce, and more for better collaboration. The setting up procedure is quite simple, and you can configure and route your calls seamlessly. This platform is cost-effective and packages are well defined i.e for Pro( 100 participants) and business (250 participants).

What do you dislike most about this product?

As such there are no critical issues I have found. But I would mention a few fancy and useful features which are missing in this platform. Like another meeting platform, this platform should also have smart meeting controls to make the application super friendly. The best example is temporary unmute/mute call during the ongoing session by long-pressing spacebar, hiding meeting controls and many more. We can not share files during the ongoing session which is also possible in another meeting platform in the market. Rest all good for me.

If someone is looking for the most secure and reliable meeting platform then go for GoToMeeting. GoToMeeting is an online meeting tool that provides immediate benefits when starting videoconferences and instant messaging, with a perfect audio and image quality service, it is a software that provides benefits and advantages of collaboration in real-time, I have used this tool and meets my expectations works really well.

Mobile conferencing is available to solve social distancing and digital remote work via a mobile phone this comes in handy esp if you do not have a desktop or laptop in your remote location unlike other products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love it that everyone is able to dial into the call and also you can use the platform to present/screen share so you can have a collaborative meeting. Video quality is excellent compared to other platforms and there is no lag on the streaming.

What do you dislike most about this product?

GoTomeeting is an excellent product for me,I have no dislikes about it.

GoTomeeting offers maximum security and privacy during meetings ensuring that only those you send invitations to can enter the meetings. I recommended it,its quick,saves time and ensures quality meetings for productivity and business communications.
