What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how much capabilities it offers for monitoring, integrations, reports, and whatever needed for conferences, meetings, and seminars with groups of various size and sort. What do you dislike most about this product?

Attendees must generally download the software as well, which costs time to assemble; it would also be wonderful to provide an online-only internet player.

GoToMeeting is a bridge application that may be used on PCs, mobile devices, and web browsers. It ensures the highest level of safety and confidentiality during meetings, ensuring that only those who have been invited may join. It full fills all my expectations like audio/video call giving me high definition feeling, screen sharing, call recording locally as well on the cloud, share control, file transfer, personalised meeting interface, etc. Every Invite automatically generates a toll-free number to join meeting from the Phone. My VoIP includes GoToMeeting, which gives us the platform to effortlessly communicate with huge project groups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As a favourite aspect, there are a lot of things I can mention. Conferencing allows me to start sharing screens in real-time with HD sound, record gatherings, and write on them. GoToMeeting provides us with the best audio and full HD video quality I've seen. The app is accessible through all devices. It demands a password from the participant to join a meeting that is very great from the security end. To reschedule the meeting just update the time and the same will be updated for all attendees automatically without sending an invite again. GoToMeeting allows us to share slides from Google Slides, Microsoft Powerpoint, or any software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Just a few points not as dislike but customer feedback. The free version should have allowed enterprise-level use for a few days allowed for evaluation. I would like to be able to leave a session without needing to reassign the organiser position or dismiss everyone. It does not work well during low bandwidth. Also, There are some region restrictions for long-distance calling. I wish this platform support all country's VoIP calls. Rest all looks perfectly fine to me and I am loving this application in my daily professional and personal work both.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

GoToMeeting is the opportunity easily engage with coworkers and peers via video conferencing and chat. I particularly enjoy that this service is accessible via both a standard online browser and a smartphone app, which makes it quite convenient. It facilitates collaboration and communication and is very beneficial to us in sharing our reports and upcoming projects with our overseas clients as well. I must suggest this software to the customers that it is the best app ever I have been through.

A limited number of participants per meeting was a major drawback for most of the meeting platforms. GoToMeeting has removed this restriction of the number of participants per meeting and thus, large meetings can be conducted.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This tool is extraordinarily good for meeting purposes. Collaboration in real-time can be done with convenience. It provides good quality for video and audio calls. The service provided by the Customer care center is superb.

What do you dislike most about this product?

GoToMeeting lacks in terms of integration options and some tools for planning purposes. Such tools are often provided by the competitor software and thus, this needs improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You should experience the free version first. On the basis of that experience, you can make the decision. But you will definitely not regret using the software. The app allows users to overcome the barriers of distances and stay productive even when they are apart.
