What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?
It's trustworthy and makes sense, therefore it helps me communicate with people. Personalization has always played a pivotal role, and support here is outstanding. However, I've found that it's benefited me tremendously to take part in discussions and meetings. GoToMeeting has a very polished UI. There has been a lot of effort put into offering interactive support, and it shows.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The convenience when having to conference together with a large group of individuals. And when it's absolutely necessary to see the user's screen, screen sharing can help get the job done.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The inefficiency of needing to restart a session in order to invite a guest because of its closure for scheduling purposes (s). It's gotten to the point that scheduling even a single appointment now takes several minutes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Due to the number of people involved and the variety of topics covered, it is essential that everyone be in the same room at the same time.
