What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?
FIrstly there is no requirement of training and Google products is widely used, which is intuitive, simple and having a plehtora of essential features is more than enough to use it over any other similar tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its simple, intuitive, and works best in both web, android and IOS. Besides that it is easier to collect information from the client, taking feedback from the team with MCQ's an pre0defined formatting of questions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That it lacks in integration with third party integrations like payment gateway and CRM. Also, there is not possibility for setting custom rules for formats like emails or phone numbers ane no offline access.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need an simple tool that serves its purpose where you just need to gather feedback and not needed to set custom rules in the answer it is best to have it.
