What differentiates Gong from other similar products?
I have not used a similar product, but I know this product is amazing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love being able to search for terms and being brought to the specific part of the video where this item is being discussed. It saves time and helps me get whatever information I need quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The search bar for items can sometimes be confusing. Also, when you get to a company's profile page, I also get confused about how to navigate to what I need.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use it to onboard and help others iterate over their performance to understand how they can improve.

The asynchronous call coaching makes enablement more impactful and practical. Also, the deal tracking and AI guidance shows a measurable value in the tools.

A bit expensive.

Unbelievable value for enablement and sales coaching that cannot be achieved without Gong.
