What differentiates Freshservice from other similar products?
We use FreshService in several areas. To illustrate, users have the possibility to submit a support request through the FreshService portal or with the Microsoft Teams application. It enables us to track and communicate various figures with respect to tickets. FreshService has the ability to generate solution products to display documented methods and procedures.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monitoring of user difficulties and having a record of the difficulties to solve to address difficulties in an agile way. It is simple to communicate with users through the program with users. Escalation of difficulties to a higher layer of knowledge is possible achieved easily within FreshService. Utilization is suited to different companies of different sizes, small or huge enterprises. Another feature that makes FreshService stand out again is that it is an app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It seems to me that it would be beneficial if FreshService had a rules store so that modifications could be tracked and get the ability to reproduce them in template form. It would be optimal if user access was more variable, similar to scripting. Us users have problems with words like generate an errand. I would like to change it in order to generate a ticket. The project management system has room to grow with more quality overview tools and at least two categories.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
FreshService is an exceptional aid for users who want to submit service requests, such as adding or deleting new employees, and have an automatic procedure that relates to those requests. A transformation management tool is built in so that you can track software or hardware transformations taking place in your environment. There is a resource management program for the IT department that contains hardware, software, contracts and purchase orders.

The metrics are clunky and it can be difficult to pull together what you need.

What differentiates Freshservice from other similar products?
For me it's probably the most user friendly helpdesk solution amongst the ones we've used, nothing overtly complicated.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
general Design, UI/UX team did a great job.

Can be a bit more cost effective in comparison with the features it offers

for a startup or fairly small company looking for a helpdesk it service solution, then I think this is the one for you.
