What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

I found it an excellent software, because it is very intuitive and easy to use, besides having very useful features for the implementation of daily tasks, such as customer management, which allows you to have all customer information in the software, without having to look elsewhere.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration with Gmail is very good, since we can launch mail marketing from the mail, without leaving the software. The crm is also very complete, we can see the progress of tasks, quickly plan a project and custom reports generated by the program, are very complete and with all the information required for the project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It should really improve its mobile version, because although it is already something very good that a crm has a mobile application, the truth is that it lacks many tools that are in the web version. I had problems integrating Gmail, it was not easy to achieve, but the technical service was able to solve the problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very efficient this CRM, it helps us to improve in the office, that the whole team is up to date on the progress of the project, to know the delivery times and that all tasks flow quickly and efficiently. It is a very simple software, but very useful, which is what we require for our type of business.

Freshwork Effective way to know what customer want

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

We use this software to monitor our website selling natural products and foods. It is a great tool to know what the customer is doing inside the site, which are the sections he is looking for the most and in that way to know the customer's taste and attract more future buyers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use a lot of forms on our website to collect information from our customers and know their suggestions. With this form, we can create pre-designed marketing campaigns via email, to publicize our weekly offers. The chat is very good, we have not had any problems with it and we can communicate with our customers in real time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is hard at first to understand the program and perhaps the learning curve is a little slow, but once familiar with the system, it is quite profitable for the business, as sales have increased. When we try to make phone calls from the program, the program becomes cumbersome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool is being very useful for the profitability of our business, because it is the only software that so far has answered all the questions we had about the tastes of customers and how to attract more buyers on our website. Undoubtedly 100% recommended.

What differentiates Freshsales from other similar products?

I can effortlessly interact with my clients through this application. We can simply begin extensive workflows in minutes—there really no reason to invest additional time understanding about the software. CRM is a wonderful and simple-to-use program that allows us to retain all of our customers' data with details like as email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn accounts, etc.; we may easily launch campaigns using CRM, I understand how and where to follow this up with our customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I needed a comprehensive tool, and Freshworks met my expectations. I can use this to tailor my company requirements. The process of syncing my emails to clients was rather simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I was dissatisfied with the Mobile application, but they fixed this in the most recent release. So, there's nothing to hate! Everything appears to be in order with its application and pc operation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's an ideal tool for managing hundreds of leads while being simple to use. Furthermore, it is very user-friendly and simple to setup and combine with numerous third-party systems. In all reality, I would not contemplate using any other programme. Among the most important aspects of this would be the assistance, which is unparalleled in my experience.
