What differentiates Expensify from other similar products?

Provides various methods to easily capture receipts digitally and automatically parse receipts to create expenses report entries

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Enables easy entry of expenses in other currencies and converts to expense report currency. Automatically assigns categories/accounts based on past entries and credit card statements

What do you dislike most about this product?

It charges per user per month and this makes it expensive for our company. Optical character recognition doesn't work well when recognizing other languages

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This powerful business expense tracker app ensures fair and accurate billing and payments you should give it a try

One platform, perfect for purchases

What differentiates Expensify from other similar products?

Expensify makes processing reimbursements, including scanning receipts and managing corporate cards hassle-free and easy for both the operations team and the rest of the entire organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the workflow approvals in this platform. I have the ability to add and remove direct supervisors to an employee account at anytime without going to our nonprofit sponsor in for approval our old system. The ops team loves it and I feel that others in our company enjoy the platform more than our previous one.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile application is not user-friendly. Specially, Ii does not include all of the functions or breadth of features that are available in the desktop version of Expensify. It's a huge deal when you're traveling and don't have access to the internet or wifi to be able to upload relevant documentation in a timely manner.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great app! Although, I would not recommend the mobile version.

What differentiates Expensify from other similar products?

Expensify offers global currency compatibility and tax support for all our international business needs. Expenses are reimbursed automatically and updated in our accounting software

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SmartScan, Expensify's OCR receipt capture technology, automatically creates an expense report when I snap a photo of a receipt and submits the reports automatically so expense reports are really finished with just one click

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would like a lot of in-app tips that are customizable to ensure we onboard new users quickly and that they can use the platform correctly without much struggle

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Suited for anything having to do with expense management and reimbursements since everything is tracked in the mobile app or online so can keep accurate track of your finances
