serves as a complete repository and amazing for audits
What do you dislike most about this product?
reports and dashboards are not very user friendly and easy. Slow and really hard to understand. This could be because of how ESP is structured in terms of inventories, locations etc. But the UI can be much better and report options can be better. Was there a survey done among the clients regarding what reports they use regularly and was that kept as standard reports? Or was there a survey on what the Clients regularly report on regarding their ESG?
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
fantastic product to start with, definitely tiring to understand the core structure and nuances like automation manager, emissions factor controls etc. Great features, scalable, good team to work with during implementation. Easy to use and navigate. Amazing for automated emails for suppliers. Good customer support but not happy with paid customer support each time. There should be pricing strucuture which allows us to get the customer support for a year as a package rather than charged each time. Signing a contract for 30-40grand there should be some add-on for 1-2 grand which will give us free support for 2-3 days a month or so.

What differentiates ESP CSR from other similar products?
No comment - I have only used ESP as it was the incumbent when I started this job. However, I understand we changed to ESP as it is more suited to emission management of more complex (large-scale) businesses, which suits our needs best.

Ease of use and great support
What do you dislike most about this product?
N/A - there is nothing that I have disliked as such. I am relatively new to it and there are many features I am yet to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great tool for managing a lot of emission sources. The data is easy to extract and evaluate and the QA process and support I have experienced has been great.
