What differentiates Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud from other similar products?

Its simple, intuitive layout and navigation system is a nice feature. But for me the key differentiator is its knowledgeable and friendly CSM / support team - in a world where there are 101 different tools for analysing social data, having that trustworthy human contact is critical.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The workflow is nice, the layout is nice and the navigation between features is easy and well thought-out. It can do a number of data collection, representation and analytical jobs which is good if you are looking for a solution that has a 'one-stop-shop' approach to managing social output, the collection of response data and analysis. However if you're looking for something that offers more deep-dive into each area, or simply a more focused views on one or two particular areas (ie social listening or influencer data) then you may want to look elsewhere

What do you dislike most about this product?

Total availability of data is always a bug-bear with social listening tools. Having complete access to all of the key social networks - both established ones like Facebook, or newer ones like Snapchat or TikTok - is crucial. But not only that, having access to a sensible archive of social data is also fundamental. Some tools are better than others on this so bear this in mind for your needs. This tool is OK on data sources, but check what your requirements are before committing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For someone looking to get quick, insightful data in a breadth of measurement areas, then I think this tool is hard to beat. After all it offers to help you glean KPIs and insights from social data as well as management and scheduling features. I would recommend though that each of the product areas on offer via the platform truly deliver what you need or expect from the tool. Just be mindful that when it claims to be able to do 'community management' or 'content intelligence', are the results you're seeing exactly what you require? Are they deep enough for you to do your job? If so, great!! If not, carry on with your research.
