What differentiates Elcom Digital Experience Platform from other similar products?

There really isn’t much difference or uniqueness for it, it’s a CMS so it operates the same as any other CMS. Yes there are some differences in components and blocks used to build pages but nothing that makes it stand out from the rest.

What differentiates Elcom Digital Experience Platform from other similar products?

It's the customer service that really does it for me. You can build similar PHP platforms in-house, but Elcom were really good at what they do; responsive and personable. Really fixed the problem with a good looking solution.

Ease of use and availability of customer support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing obvious sticks out. It's a website/CMS and does the job.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
