What do you dislike most about this product?

Little exists to be disliked, almost usually, it functions as intended. Although downloading Web Edit adds to the bother, the advantages exceed it. The amount of time it takes Egnyte to launch Web Modify and edit the document varies depending on the file size.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a highly recommended tool since it has all the capabilities you need to safely exchange projects with clients. I advise setting up Egnyte on each work device and using several logins. When Egnyte is not used everywhere, tremendous collaborative potential are lost. Additionally, you may view documents without special software. Both those in the office and people on the move can participate in the project discussion. Additionally, Egnyte supports Touch ID on iOS and a passcode on all mobile operating systems.

Although it's not great for individuals, it's user access, collaboration and other team management features really do deliver outstanding service for businesses

At the end of the day, I highly recommend considering Egnyte if you are looking for an advanced cloud-storage platform that come with excellent file-sharing and collaboration tools

What differentiates Egnyte from other similar products?

This solution addresses the issue of getting sensitive financial information from consumers, they may immediately upload files to a folder I created in Egnyte. It saves me a lot of time because I don't have to download and save files from emails if they're uploaded to Egnyte. Additionally, we provide a collaborative environment for teams, allowing our users to share files with external connections. Our users have been more productive as a result of the tools we give.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Egnyte makes remote work more efficient. I also appreciate having the option of sharing individual file folders with customers or clients. The platform was quite simple to set up. I've loved collaborating with the Egnyte team to migrate approximately 55TB of data from all of our local servers to Egnyte. To assist with sites with sluggish internet connections, we had to set up a handful of Egnyte Sync servers. They also collaborated with us on a program for a large audience training. What do you dislike most about this product?

We've been using Egnyte for almost two years and there isn't anything we don't enjoy about it. Every now and then, I have difficulties sharing a file so that a customer may add papers to it. It's most likely something I'm doing incorrectly, but I'm not sure. When this happens, I haven't discovered a method to send the client a fresh link, albeit it usually works perfectly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I wholeheartedly endorse Egnyte as a secure cloud platform for file organization and sharing within a company, as well as file sharing and/or uploading from outside the firm.
