What differentiates eG Enterprise from other similar products?

Ease of use and wide range of capabilities. I've used eG Enterprise earlier and recommended to my organization. I found the latest version very easy to deploy - lots of automation. Auto-discovery has improved and they can literally monitor anything you need to keep track off. The visualization is also intuitive and easy to use. I'd recommend this solution for anyone looking for end-to-end monitoring tools that cover both application and infrastructure stacks. Their support is great - you don't just get to talk to level 1 support, i've had access to engineers who can provide hands on assistance when needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The topology view that gives a quick overview of the entire infrastructure is great. I also like their stack model view that makes it simple to determine where are the problems - which layer, and who to call.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration can be improved. Need to get assistance from their engineers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely a product i'd recommend. Try their SaaS service - makes it easier to deploy and saves a lot of time as you don't have to try worry about maintaining and operating their management server.

Easy to integrate, cost savings and easy to operate. Highly customisable reports without high cost involved.

The easy of use and supported Application detection out of the box.

Local support can be improved, although there are hardly any issues.
