What differentiates EB AIDA from other similar products?
Overall the system is very easy to use and even without much coding background understandable. The quality of the software is good and it supports the customer to the best of its capabilities. Lastly, the people you are working with are very understanding, supportive, and collaborative, which makes every project with them fun and easy. Throughout the process from contracting to production and even after the production, the customer satisfaction was the priority one for Enterprise bot. We were supported all along by rigorous ans conscientious project manager.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We enjoyed: - the flexibility about the software (Rule-Based Chatbot + IA chatbot) and the adaptation of the IA. - the user-freindly interfaces - the simplicity and completeness of the interfaces in terms of functionality - the ease of training the AI - the easy addition of a language -the strength of the product engine which avoids doing specific development for very specific requests - Reporting We were able to adapt the software to our specific needs. And Enterprise bot helped to get all our requirements streamlined and be solution oriented. I highly appreciate the quality of the tool and its capability.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The process of creating (conversation's flow, content, translations, etc...) a chatbot is time-consuming, but we were able to implement our click bot just in time for the launch of our financial product thanks to the support of the Enterprise Bots team. The software can be very customized, so documentation was required to be build independently. The basic set of documentation could be increased. Reporting features can be more personalized. Changes that requires a third party can also be more simplified (WhatsApp) Not being able to filter on requests not understood by the chatbot Ability to find duplicates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For this product it is value for money, includes all the features, easy to use and 24x7 customer support available. Integration to other application is easily done which makes work easy and less time consuming. Features like Activity tracking and alerts/ escalation and AI are really advantageous for day to day business activity.

What differentiates EB AIDA from other similar products?
I would say the team you engage with - easy to speak to, always on hand to help their clients. They have a powerful platform that can is very agile and so is the team. So, quite a personal touch. They really get to know you, your teams, and your world/products rather than just being another service provider.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The connection possibilities to internal or external systems (e.g. WhatsApp/Facebook) to provide a holistic engagement strategy with a customer base across Customer Services or a Retail Services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Whilst there is a level good management information for tracking trends - some automation and UX improvements could be made and or explored to connect to external data sources like Power BI and or Tableau etc. Also, (think coming in a next build) the ability for the system to allocate chats to agents automatically based on wait time of customers and agents availability.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure you map out what you want it to connect to, to internal or external systems!
