What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

Unlike other similar products, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing it is easy to customize to meet your needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is reporting functionality that helps you create the reports that you require without much struggle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I hate about this product since it served my needs well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product to businesses dealing with customer relations as it a good customer relation management tool.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

I can't say because I've not used a similar product and I was not with the company when this was researched and implemented.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that its interface and core commands are intuitive and similar to other 365 products. It also integrates well with our existing software and systems because we primarily use 365 products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do wish the reporting was a bit easier to customize with this product. Its my favorite thing about other 365 based programs that we use, but I find it to be lacking in this one. However, I did only recently start using this, so I intend to contact tech support/customer service to get some guidance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As with any new product, make sure you compare the available options fairly and ensure that its compatible with existing servers and software. I'd recommend this mostly to existing 365 users looking to expand their use of the Microsoft product suite to enhance their business.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?

The differences are very noticeable, I consider Microsoft Marketing as an option for small, medium and large companies, compared to hubspot is not much are expensive platforms that provide the best for an effective marketing automation process, from managing customers, bring new prospects, manage advertising campaigns within the cloud and social networks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like to make advertising campaigns quickly, with the configurable templates of this program I can create fabulous campaigns that I then send massively through the networks and by email, which I can manage within my dashboard in a quite advanced way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like everything about this program, the only thing is that to begin with it is too expensive, it should lower its acquisition fees so that customers can test its benefits more easily, although everything bad is overshadowed by its features and programs that make it undoubtedly good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

you can adapt the marketing according to your business priorities, you can create and identify what kind of benefits you want from this program and adapt it to your work needs, make mass emails and have a list of customers that will always be available for work done.
