What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?
Ideal for business already using Microsoft tools. It combines a powerful customer data platform with real time marketing automation, offers practical AI & enables fast personalisation. But it has steep learning curve & may be complex for smaller teams
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Seamless integration with Microsoft tools especially with excel & Power Bi makes turning data into action fast & effortless
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its steep learning curve, it is not intuitive for new users, especially if you are not already deep in the Microsoft ecosystem
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would suggest before using this product make sure your team is comfortable with Microsoft tools, & invest time in training early. It is powerful but you will only get real value if you fully set up data & journey modules.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Customer Insights from other similar products?
It works really well with other Microsoft tools so if you're already using things like Outlook, Teams or Dynamics it all connects easily. It has built in AI to help predict customer behavior without needing a data expert. You can use it for both individual customers and business accounts which is handy. It also helps you act on customer data in real time, keeps your data secure and is easy to customize with low code tools. Plus it’s pretty simple to pull in data from different systems without needing a big IT team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is how easily it brings together data from different sources and turns it into a clear and unified customer profile. It saves a lot of time by automatically cleaning and matching the data and then gives you useful insights like which customers are likely to leave or buy more without needing deep technical skills. That balance of power and simplicity is what really stands out.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly there's nothing I dislike about the product so far. It does what I need it to do
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the time to understand what data you want to bring in and what insights you need from it. If you're already using other Microsoft tools like Dynamics 365 or Power BI this platform fits in really well and makes things easier. Start small test your customer segments and build from there. Also make sure your team is trained on how to use the insights it's a powerful tool but it works best when people actually use the data to make decisions.
